- Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel in one click from your Billing page to prevent future charges. You'll keep access until the end of your trial or already-paid period.
- Refunds: Once a paid period starts, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or already-completed renewals.

How fresh is the data?
Most datasets refresh monthly. Home values, inventory, permits, and rental metrics update within two weeks of upstream releases. Tax rates and climate normals update annually.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get 7 days free on Starter or Pro. A card is required to start, and your first charge happens on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. One trial per customer: if you have subscribed before, billing starts right away.
Can I cancel anytime? Do you offer refunds?
Yes, one click on your Billing page. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After a paid period starts there are no refunds for partial periods; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. See Terms.
