Find your market
Use the search bar at the top to jump to any city, county, state, or ZIP, or just tap an area on the map. Start broad with a state, then zoom in to counties and ZIP codes as you narrow your focus.
On mobile, tap the search field at the very top of the map screen.

Read the map
The map shades every area by the metric you choose, from light (low) to dark (high). Use the toggle to switch between State, County, and ZIP. The legend at the bottom shows the exact range.
Darker means a higher value, which is not always better. Check the metric description for what counts as favorable.
